Bring your USB drive to class. In the computer classroom we will go over Outlook Web Access and Outlook Calendar and Task Manager handouts and assignments.
Using Outlook Web Access. Due 9/28:
- Send email with the following:
- Instructor's email address.
- Subject line with your name.
- Message that includes your name, class day and time, your current point totals and a short explanation about your expectations for class.
- Attachment with screen capture of your class point totals from the electronic grade book.
- Your personal Outlook signature.
- Print screen capture of distribution list.

- Required data files are downloaded from Vista.exe (65KB).
- Due 10/12 printed screen captures with your name and the following:
- Results of checking your USB drive for errors.
- Window's Desktop with shortcut to the Grades folder on your USB drive and a window displaying the contents of the Grades folder.
- Windows Explorer window displaying all of the folders on your USB drive in the left pane and the contents of the Memos folder in order by size in the right pane.

Final examination: A personal computer and diskette are provided. Students are given 2 hours to find information on the Internet, create a Word document and Excel worksheet as well as edit an image with Photoshop using data supplied by Dr. T. Students will be asked to create a file folder and make copies of the final examination results. This examination is open textbook and open note.
