Nathan Ware was born September 28, 1938 to the parents of Roy and Verona Ware in their home on the family farm in Bear Lake Michigan.
Nathan was the second to the oldest. The oldest was Elroy, then Nathan, next came Erwin then Merle, Joy and Marvin.
Nathan met Lyta Lynn Brown of Manistee, Michigan and were married on August 31, 1957; they had four children Scott, Anita, Kevin and Todd.
They grew up in the city of North Muskegon and all the children graduated from North Muskegon Hich School.
Nathan and Lynn were divorced and Nathan married Lynda Lutz on July 21, 1990.
Nathan and Lynda live in Ferrysburg, Michigan.
